Jeff has over 28 years of experience working in state government at the operational, management and executive levels. From 1990-2015, he worked for the Washington State Patrol in multiple capacities, including as the liaison to legislators, local governments, industry groups and the media. At the Department of Labor and Industries, he developed comprehensive knowledge of the impact worker injuries can have on public and private entity budgets and helped many groups improve their worker safety and subsequent costs. At the Department of Licensing, Jeff oversaw the agency legislative priorities to include agency rule-making and budget development proposals. Jeff also managed the day to day operations of providing licensing for over seven million vehicles, over six million drivers, and 44 professions.
Jeff has extensive organizational management, leadership, and strategic planning skills that he has used to successfully improve performance and results everywhere he has been.
As a result of Jeff’s unique and varied agency experiences, Jeff has developed strong working relationships with leaders across multiple state, county and local agencies, as well with various industry groups. Jeff has built and maintained a reputation of integrity and hard work. He has a thorough understanding of state government, the legislative process, and the methods to navigate process and procedures to assist clients attain their objectives.
