Margaret Morales,senior research associate at Sightline Institute, is a researcher and policy analyst. There her research examined wastewater and biosolids management in British Columbia and Latin America. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Duke University in Environmental Science and Policy, and English. She also holds a certificate in Documentary Video from Duke and worked as a documentary filmmaker for nonprofits in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
