Travis Elmore Nelson has been a Registered Nurse for 14 years and received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University. Before coming to WSNA, Travis practiced nursing at Peace Health Southwest and was a union co-chair of the local unit. In 2008 Travis earned his board certification in Medical-Surgical nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In 2017 Travis was appointed to the American Nurses Association -Political Action Committee Board of Trustees and currently serves as Vice Chair. Travis has been on staff at WSNA for 6 years.
