Joshua Fisher

Josh Fisher has more than a decade of state legislative experience. Prior to joining Global Automakers, Josh helped lead Stateside Associate’s Healthcare Issue Management Practice where he advised clients on health care policy and a wide range of state and local government issues. Past experience also includes work in the Maryland General Assembly Department of Legislative Services, in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Directorate of Construction, and as a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland. Josh graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of the Maryland Bar. He holds a B.A. in economics from Washington & Lee University.
