As Associate Director for Governmental Relations, Paul supports the Executive Vice President for Governmental Relations. In this role, he is responsible for implementing the association’s grassroots and legislative relations plans, managing electronic advocacy and social media platforms related to government relations activities, and direct lobbying. Having served as a session aide for the Washington State Senate and as a program coordinator in the elections division of the Office of the Secretary of State, Paul brings a background in grassroots organizing, customer service, and political advocacy. Paul is an alumnus of Western Washington University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in political science and served as an intern for the Ralph Munroe Institute.
