Crystal Jack

Crystal Jack is the Regional Lead - State Government Affairs, Western Region, for Novo Nordisk. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Crystal was a Vice President of State Government Affairs for Cigna. She represented Cigna on legislative and regulatory issues throughout the west region. Before joining Cigna, Crystal was a governmental advocate for Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP, in California, where she represented the firm’s diverse clients before the Governor’s Office, California State Legislature, and various state administrative agencies. Crystal's experience includes serving as Director of Communications for the California New Car Dealers Association. Prior to that, she served as a Policy Consultant in the California State Senate, specializing in issues before the Business, Professions and Economic Development Committee. Crystal also worked as Legislative Director for a state assemblyman in the State Capitol. Prior to becoming staff in the California State Legislature, she worked for the Office of the Governor. Crystal’s other experience includes working on a California gubernatorial campaign, as a paralegal for a Sacramento law firm, and as a Legislative Assistant for the Senate Office of Research.
