Devin began his career in Olympia as a session aid in the state Senate in 2020 before transitioning to the State Broadband Office. He worked as a Digital Equity Specialist, connecting Washington residents with the necessary skills to use the internet. He has worked as a full-time lobbyist since 2022 and partners with four lobbying firms in Olympia representing clients in the K12 education space, business sectors, public utility districts, non-profit outdoor education, and the Northwest Career College Federation. His philosophy for government relations efforts is to provide a bi-partisan, constructive, solution-oriented approach to public policy challenges.
