Joe Cunningham is the consultant/owner of Cunningham Public Affairs, a consultant and advocacy, lobbying firm in Washington state. Previously, he was the Director of Advocacy at the Arc of King County, and co-chair of Community Advocacy Coalition, working on statewide developmental disabilities issues including advocating for supported employment, birth-to-three legislation, and family supports and services including caregiver and housing supports. Mr. Cunningham chairs the King County Board for the Division of Developmental Disabilities Early Services. Having worked for non-profit agencies serving children and families including on behavioral health, access to justice, and a children's museum, Joe has also worked in staff positions for Legislators for over 5 years, and as a human services policy analyst for a King County Councilmember.
